  • EXCELLENT, BUT COULD IMPROVE

    PRICE: 17/04/2025

We really enjoyed our trip out. The bus service was good. Instructions were clear. Staff were helpful when my daughter got seasick. Seeing dolphins and whales was amazing. And we enjoyed the swim. To improve, please can you have a gluten free option for the snacks (even just a banana, or something simple like that). In addition, it would be helpful if you could be clearer on booking which drinks (and snacks) are included in the price, and which have to be paid for whilst on the trip. I also wanted to have a glass of sangria (I just had water), but not until after the swim! But there was none left by then.

  • AMAZING CRUISE

    NICHOLAS LEBOW: 31/10/2024

Very enjoyable cruise up the west side of the island to Los Gigantes cliffs and briefly swimming in Masca bay before turning further out to see dolphins and whales. The boat was comfortable and stable, you can sit wherever you like although the deckchairs at the front are a 20EUR surcharge. Note that you have to remove your shoes while onboard. The crew was friendly and informative, all information was given in multiple languages. The captain kept the boat at an appropriate distance from the whales while still positioning to get a good view of them. Food and beverages are included, although ice cream is a separate purchase. If you do not arrive by bus, remember to exchange your ticket for a "boarding pass" at the ticket desk near the boarding ramp BEFORE standing in line to board, otherwise you may end up at the back of the queue when boarding. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!

  • EXCURSION LA PALMA

    ERIC LATTE: 09/12/2023

The meeting point is at the Fred Olson ferry terminal. We were NOT informed that we should meet a person of GetHolyday to obtain the ferry ticket and we kept looking for someone of AtlanticoExcursiones. Without asking around we could have missed the ferry.
