Olé Flamenco Show is a Spanish dance and flamenco show, created and directed by the dancer Fran Chafino. Olé proposes a journey of light, colour, strength and race in Las Olas Showroom at GF Victoria. A journey through Spanish dance to end up introducing us to the purest flamenco. The choreographic composition, musical arrangements, staging, lighting and costumes give this masterful show its own identity. Really difficult to get tickets booked. Hotel Reception had to call her contact and ask her to get the bookings team to answer the phone as she had tried about 10 different times to call and book the tickets and nobody answered! The actual show was much too loud to the point my ears were buzzing afterwards for a few hours; they only served wine or water, whereas we wanted a hot drink (coffee). However, the part which I really want to bring attention to, is the fact that we discovered that once the show starts, 2 sets of doors are completely locked. We wanted to leave early due to the noise levels and although security could see us standing by the doors, they would not open them to let us out and we had to wait nearly 15 minutes until end of the show. Even though we banged on the doors and they looked towards us, they would not open it. This NEEDS URGENT REVIEW AS IT IS A FIRE RISK!!!! If a fire had started, many people would have perished. Also, a Health and Safety risk if someone is taken ill. Please can you respond to this message so I can know it has been seen and actioned. Thank you.
